Spicy Chicken Breasts

Reviewed on Aug. 18, 2008 by Gitano
This is a great recipe to work with! As other readers mentioned, I left out the Thyme and the Salt as 1 tablespoon of salt is far too much sodium! use onion salt instead of onion powder and it satisfies the sodium cravers out there. Great flavour on chicken but we also used it on Butterfly Pork Chops with fantastic results! Hubby and I love heat so the more the merrier! Thanks Barb for creating and sharing a great rub recipe!

Cinnamon Swirl Bundt Coffee Cake

Reviewed on Aug. 14, 2008 by TAMIE33
Excellent!! Followed a few suggestions by other reviewers and used 1/2 sour cream, 1/2 plain yogurt and I also used 1/4 cup butter and 1/2 cup applesause. I also used 3/4 brown sugar and 3/4 cup Splenda..I also made them into muffins instead of a bundt, baked them at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (made 12 really large muffins)...I also used some of the brown sugar/cinnamon mix and sprinkled it on top of the muffins before I baked them....These were well received an disappeared quickly by the parents at my daughter's soccer game! Thanks for a great recipe!

Cheryl's Spinach Cheesy Pasta Casserole

Reviewed on Aug. 14, 2008 by TAMIE33
Loveed this one! Used Ragu mushroom pasta sauce (a little less quantity then in the recipe) and used garlic parmesan croutons, which I made into bread crumbs. Used a little more cheese and added a bit of parmesan cheese.....This makes enough for dinner and leftovers for lunch the next day!.....Everyone in the family loved it!!!!!!!!
