Fresh Blueberry Pie II

What a superb idea to use both fresh and cooked blueberries; with one you get the sweet syrupy goodness and the other provides the pop of freshness. Highly recommended with a dollab of whipped cream.

Cherry Cheese Pie I

A simple, tasty substitute for cheesecake. My husband said the only was to improve this recipe is to cut larger slices. Enough said.

Grilled Peanut Chicken

I tripled the sauce, used 1/3 of it for the chicken and 2/3 for a sauce to go with some rice noodles. Very good!!
