About me:
With three males in the house, I have to find recipes that not only taste good but make more than a small serving. Since our youngest son is very active in spots, recipes that can be prepared ahead of time or that are quick to prepare are a must.

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

Reviewed on Aug. 17, 2008 by MMOH
My husband and I really enjoyed these. He said that he liked them, but he refused to consider them burgers LOL. I'll make them again, it's nice to finally find a turkey burger recipe that isn't dry and has flavor!

Chef Scott's Pico de Gallo

This is almost identical to my husband's recipe! The only thing he does differently is to add a little cumin and use red wine vinegar. It's super fresh tasting, and a great addition to any Mexican foods. We've even topped baked tilapia with it.

Andrea's Pasta Fagioli

Reviewed on Aug. 17, 2008 by Emily
I changed it up a little by using 4 large tomatoes instead of the tomato sauce, mainly because I had bought too many at my local farmer's market. But I thought it was awesome with the fresh tomatoes in it. Good meal, and very good left overs.
