This was wonderful and pleased every picky member of the family. Made it in a slow cooker, browning sausage and sauteeing onions, garlic and peppers before hand. I substituted crushed for whole tomatoes (family preference) and added french cut green beans and some carrots! It was fantastic and is definitely a keeper! (You must keep the orzo separate to avoid it sucking up all the juice and getting mushy)
