Cinnamon Swirl Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2008
This is excellent! For those of you that want more of a cinnamon "kick" to your bread, I used 1/2 cup sugar and 1 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon for the cinnamon sugar mixture, then I divided it into 1/4 cup for each cinnamon loaf. Everyone I have given this bread to raves over how good it is and how I hard I must have worked, and it's really an easy recipe!

Spinach and Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2008
This is an easy to make, quick recipe that is great after a long day. It never disappoints. I always add more sun dried tomatoes and if I dont have fresh spinach I use the frozen. It is def. one of my go-to recipes.

This is a go-to recipe for me. I love everything about it and I always make sure I have a loaf of bread to go with the chicken and I always make more of the sauce. Yummy yummy!

Tasty Lentil Tacos

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2008
This was delicious. Better than I thought it would be. I added some green chilis to the lentils and I didn't have any cumin, so I used taco seasoning instead. Very good! I will make it again.

Hot Chocolate

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2007
I didn't use the best chocolate and did not have any cinnamon in my house therefore it was not that great. I believe with a more expensive chocolate this recipe would be very tasty! Also, be sure to mix the eggs really good or else ou will have scrambled eggs in you hot chocolate!

Chicken Milano

Me and both of my roommates LOVED this recipe. Everything came out soo tasty. The only things I did differently was put more sun dried tomatoes becaues well... I love them. And next time I'll def. double or tripe the sauce. There wasn't enough. Yum yum.

Bone-In Ham Cooked in Beer

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2006
I tried this recipe on Christmas, and should have tested it first. The flavor was good, but it was jerky ham, it was so dry and tough. I had 10lb ham, and judging by other posters, I needed to bake it 4 hours. 2 hours into it, it was done and already dry. I basted it several times too. I might try it again, only maybe try a brown n bag instead, I have good luck with turkeys using a brown n bags.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2006
Sorry, not one of us liked this recipe. It had a weird taste and the topping was too much and flavorless. It wasn't creamy at all. I even doubled this recipe because I was sure we would love it too.

Kim's Macaroni Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2005
I really liked this recipe because it doesn't have alot of mayo, which I don't like. I doubled the recipe using 1 16oz bag of shell pasta. I added chopped red bell pepper and chopped olives for color. I thought using 4 jalepeno's would be too much, but I chopped them finely and it was perfect, I love the faint spicyness. I will definetly make it again. Thanks Hawaiian Momma!
