Cranberry Walnut Relish II

I inherited this recipe from my Mom. It is assigned to me every year along with the relish tray. I am no great cook, so you can be sure it's very easy. It's so great, it's the only cranberry dish we serve!

This is easy to make and should be made a day in advance to allow the flavors to blend. Chopped walnuts can be substituted for chopped pecans.

This 'enhanced' version of cranberry sauce has a distinctive, yummy tang. Its great with Apricot Glazed Turkey With Onion Gravy. Can be made up to 1 week ahead. 

Tart Cranberry Relish
